Experienced Framer
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Based in Enderby, BC, with some travel to job sites
Salary: $35 - $55/hour + opportunities for additional earnings through commissions
Position Summary
Farrow Built is seeking a skilled and motivated Experienced Framer to lead a team in constructing high-quality shops, barns, garages, and maintaining farm and acreage properties. This role is perfect for a seasoned professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values teamwork, and is committed to exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a crew of 2–4 team members to deliver exceptional results.

Solve customer problems with innovative and effective solutions.

Communicate clearly and professionally with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Schedule and coordinate material deliveries for assigned projects.

Collect payments on certain projects as required.

Mentor and train less experienced team members.

Execute framing tasks with accuracy and efficiency on a mix of new builds and repair/rebuild projects (50/50 split).
Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of framing experience, including team leadership.

Tools: Must have a basic tool belt and framing tools. The company supplies all other equipment.

Physical Ability: Capable of heavy lifting and hard physical work.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Schedule

Average 10-hour days, 5–6 days per week (approximately 200 workdays/year).
