Construction Labourer
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Based in Enderby, BC, with some travel to job sites
Salary: $23 - $28/hour
Position Summary
Farrow Built is looking for a reliable and hardworking Construction Labourer to support our framing crews on a variety of projects, including building shops, barns, garages, and performing farm and acreage maintenance. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry while working alongside experienced professionals who are invested in your growth.
Key Responsibilities

Assist framing crews with tasks such as measuring, cutting, and assembling materials.

Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment at job sites.

Support the lead framer and team in completing projects efficiently.

Perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy materials and equipment.

Learn on the job and grow your construction skills.
Requirements

Experience: No prior framing experience is necessary, but construction experience is an asset.

Tools: Must have a basic tool belt with hand tools (e.g., hammer, tape measure, etc.). The company supplies all other equipment.

Physical Ability: Capable of heavy lifting and performing physically demanding tasks.

A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Ability to work as part of a team and take direction.

Schedule

Average 10-hour days, 5–6 days per week (approximately 200 workdays/year).
