Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Based in Enderby, BC, with flexibility to work on the go and meet client needs

Compensation: $30,000/year base salary + commission:

  • 5% on company-supplied leads

  • 7% on self-generated leads

Position Summary

As a Sales Representative, you will sell projects that our framing and labour teams execute, such as shops, barns, garages, and farm maintenance services. Success in this role requires a strong work ethic, persistence, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences.

If you’re ready to make 100+ phone calls daily, prospect actively for leads, and be available for customers whenever they need you, this high-reward role offers endless opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect for Leads: Actively generate your own leads and maximize opportunities from company-supplied leads.

  • Customer Engagement: Respond promptly to calls, texts, and emails to deliver a seamless customer experience.

  • Sales Execution: Build relationships with clients, understand their needs, and present solutions that align with their goals.

  • Goal-Oriented: Close deals effectively and meet or exceed sales targets consistently.

  • Ongoing Learning: Participate in intensive daily training sessions to refine sales techniques, product knowledge, and industry expertise.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with project teams to ensure smooth handoffs from sales to execution.

Requirements

  • Experience: Previous sales experience is an asset but not required; success will come from your work ethic and willingness to learn.

  • Availability: Flexibility to accommodate customers’ needs, including after-hours communication.

  • Resilience: Ability to handle a high-volume workload and thrive under pressure.

  • Skills: Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building abilities.
