Promotion Period

Entries will be accepted beginning May 1, 2026 and ending December 14, 2026 at 11:59 PM PST.

The winner will be selected by random draw on December 15, 2026.

Eligibility

To be eligible, participants must:

• Be 19 years of age or older
• Be a homeowner
• Reside in the Province of British Columbia
• Own the property where the project will be completed

The project property must also be located in British Columbia.

Employees of 1223327 BC LTD o.a Farrow Built, their immediate family members, and anyone living in the same household are not eligible.

Limit one entry per household.

How to Enter

Participants may enter by completing the official entry form online or at a participating event.

Entry requires submission of:

• Name
• Phone number
• Email address
• Property address

No purchase is required to enter.

By entering, participants agree that 1223327 BC LTD o.a Farrow Built may contact them regarding construction services, maintenance services, or related promotions.

Prize

One winner will receive a project credit of up to $20,000 CAD toward a project supplied and installed by 1223327 BC LTD o.a Farrow Built.

Important conditions:

• The credit cannot exceed 50% of the total contract value.
• The maximum credit is $20,000 CAD.
• The credit cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Any unused portion of the credit is forfeited.

Example:

The credit may be applied toward qualifying projects including, but not limited to:

• Roofing projects
• Building construction
• Shop, barn, or garage construction
• Structural repairs
• Exterior maintenance or repairs
• Agricultural buildings
• Commercial buildings

Projects must be supplied and installed by 1223327 BC LTD o.a Farrow Built.

Service Area Requirement

The project must be located within British Columbia and within the service area of Farrow Built.

Projects located outside Farrow Built's standard service area may incur travel charges or may be deemed ineligible at the sole discretion of the sponsor.

Booking Deadline

The winner must sign a contract for their project with 1223327 BC LTD o.a Farrow Built within 12 months of the draw date.

If the project is not booked within this period, the prize will be forfeited.

Winner Selection

The winner will be selected by random draw on December 15, 2026.

The selected entrant will be contacted by phone and/or email.

If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, or fails to meet eligibility requirements, another winner may be selected.

The winner must correctly answer a skill-testing question as required by Canadian contest law.

Project Conditions

The project:

• must be supplied and installed by 1223327 BC LTD o.a Farrow Built
• must be located on property owned by the winner
• must comply with all applicable building codes and regulations

If structural issues, permitting restrictions, access limitations, or safety concerns prevent the project from proceeding, the sponsor reserves the right to decline the project.

Projects requiring extraordinary access, specialized equipment, or excessive structural repair may be deemed ineligible.

Materials and Scope

The credit applies only to materials, labour, and services supplied by 1223327 BC LTD o.a Farrow Built.

Additional work including engineering, permits, structural upgrades, or work outside the agreed contract scope may not be included unless specified in the signed contract.

Taxes

The winner is responsible for any taxes or fees that may apply to the prize.

Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that 1223327 BC LTD o.a Farrow Built may use the winner's name, project photos, and video footage for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Limitation of Liability

The sponsor is not responsible for:

• lost or incomplete entries
• technical errors or system failures
• entries not received for any reason

The sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion if necessary.

Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Privacy

Personal information collected will be used for contest administration and communication regarding services offered by 1223327 BC LTD o.a Farrow Built.

Information will not be sold to third parties.

This promotion is governed by the laws of British Columbia and Canada.
