    Tightening of Loose Screws

    All loose fasteners identified during the visit are addressed on the spot.

    Replacement of Up to 250 Screws

    Included annually, per building.

    Application of Up to 2 Tubes of Sealant / Caulking

    Used where minor sealing or water-intrusion issues are found.

    A simple written record of what was inspected and corrected.
