    The Door-to-Door Sales Representative generates qualified leads and schedules roof assessment appointments for homeowners in the Enderby area. This role involves canvassing neighborhoods, introducing Farrow Built roofing services, and booking appointments for inspectors to assess residential roofs.

    Key Objectives

    • Knock on 100 residential doors per day in targeted neighborhoods
    • Introduce Farrow Built roofing services to homeowners
    • Build rapport and establish trust with potential customers
    • Qualify homeowners who may benefit from a roof assessment
    • Schedule 10 roof assessment appointments per day for inspectors
    • Accurately record leads and appointment details in the CRM
    • Follow up with prospects as required via phone or messaging
    • Maintain a professional and positive attitude during canvassing
    • Represent Farrow Built professionally in the community
    • Continuously improve sales approach through training and coaching

    Basic CRM or mobile sales app usage

    Education & Experience

    • Previous door-to-door sales experience preferred
    • Experience leading a door-to-door team considered an asset
    • Sales, customer service, or canvassing experience beneficial
    • Knowledge of roofing or construction helpful but not required
    • Valid driver's license preferred

    Physical Requirements

    • Ability to walk long distances daily while canvassing neighborhoods
    • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
    • Ability to maintain high activity levels throughout an 8-hour shift
    • Comfortable interacting with the public and handling rejection
