    Position Summary

    Drive territory coverage across British Columbia by engaging owners and decision-makers at agricultural and commercial properties.

    Enroll existing buildings into Farrow Built's Annual Outbuilding Protection & Maintenance Program. Sell paid inspections and design packages where appropriate. Identify and qualify repair, roofing, and construction opportunities for downstream sales teams.

    Execute daily field activity while maintaining accurate reporting and professional representation of the company.

    Key Objectives

    • Enroll non-residential buildings into the Annual Outbuilding Protection & Maintenance Program
    • Execute daily in-person territory coverage
    • Sell paid 51-Point Outbuilding Inspections
    • Sell paid Design Packages for new builds
    • Speak directly with owners, operators, and decision-makers
    • Follow Farrow Built's structured field sales process
    • Collect signed agreements and payments on-site
    • Log visits, contacts, and outcomes accurately in Active Knocker
    • GPS pin all property visits
    • Identify and qualify repair, roofing, and construction opportunities
    • Feed qualified opportunities to inspectors and sales staff
    • Maintain professional appearance and conduct at all times

    Experience

    • Comfort working independently in a field-based role
    • Willingness to drive daily across assigned territories
    • Comfort with commission-based compensation
    • Experience in construction, agriculture, trades, or B2B sales considered an asset

    Physical Requirements

    • Prolonged periods of driving
    • Regular walking on rural and commercial properties
    • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
    • Use of a reliable personal 4x4 vehicle (model year 2010 or newer) capable of accessing rural, agricultural, and off-road properties

    Mileage and approved travel expenses are reimbursed per company policy.
