Position Overview
Are you ready to work hard, earn great pay, and build a career in construction? Farrow Built is hiring Construction Labourers to join our growing team.
In this role, you'll be a vital part of our projects — from building shops and barns to maintaining acreages. We're looking for motivated individuals who aren't afraid of long hours and are excited about the opportunity to grow into skilled framers, lead framers, project managers, or other roles they aspire to achieve.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform physical construction tasks, including lifting, carrying, and operating basic tools
- Support skilled framers and other team members with day-to-day tasks
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized job site
- Assist in the construction of shops, barns, garages, and other structures
- Take on new responsibilities as you learn and develop your skills
Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work long hours when needed
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to teamwork
- Construction experience is an asset, but training is provided for motivated individuals
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
