    Farrow Built is hiring high-performing Sales Representatives in Enderby, BC. This is a fast-paced, commission-driven role that combines warm inbound leads with proactive cold outreach.

    You'll use our proven system to close high-value construction contracts. If you thrive on the phone, close with confidence, and want to build serious income, this role is built for you.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Close high-ticket construction deals using a proven sales system
    • Handle inbound leads generated through marketing and events
    • Conduct outbound cold calls to create new opportunities
    • Deliver accurate, compelling proposals to qualified prospects
    • Conduct video consultations and phone appointments with prospects
    • Maintain CRM accuracy and manage a high-conversion pipeline
    • Hit daily KPIs and weekly coaching goals
    • Collaborate cross-functionally for an excellent customer experience
    • Represent Farrow Built professionally at industry functions
    • Deliver results aligned with company growth targets

    Education & Experience Requirements

    • 2+ years of sales experience (inside or outside sales)
    • Proven success in cold calling and closing warm leads
    • Construction or trades experience is a strong asset
    • Preference for candidates with experience or connections in: Agriculture / agri-business, Equestrian / horse facilities, Commercial development / real estate
    • Commission-based sales experience preferred
    • Comfortable with high-volume phone and video communication

    Physical & Work Requirements

    • High-volume phone calls daily with prospective clients
    • Conducting video call appointments and virtual consultations
    • In-office work environment at our Enderby location
    • Invoicing clients and maintaining accurate records
